The NIH is now in the 22nd year of implementing the PHS policy on instruction in the Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR). The policy states that all research staff shall have yearly instruction in RCR. The NIH Committee on Scientific Conduct and Ethics (CSCE) developed a plan for meeting this requirement through a series of one-hour small group discussions of an assigned case study. The Kelly Group has once again been awarded a Task Order to facilitate this ethics training for over 2,300 staff of the the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).
Since we recently relocated to New Mexico, the Kelly Group has joined NM Bio, the state's BIO affiliate. Our local efforts will complement our continuing work in Maryland and North Carolina.
